Light-headedness and dizziness: GHRP-6 might commonly cause what is commonly referred to as a “head rush” feeling accompanied by a tingling and “pins and needles” feeling in the extremities, as reported by many users. This can also present itself as a spell of dizziness and/or light-headedness. It is in fact a strong indication that the hormone is indeed stimulating the pituitary gland, and is a side effect indicative of almost all HGH secretagogues.

In addition to its cytoprotective effects, growth hormone-releasing peptide 6 (GHRP-6) proved to reduce liver fibrotic induration. CD36 as one of the GHRP-6 receptors appears abundantly represented in cutaneous wounds granulation tissue. The healing response in a scenario of CD36 agonistic stimulation had not been previously investigated. Excisional full-thickness wounds (6 mmØ) were created in the dorsum of Wistar rats and topically treated twice a day for 5 days. The universal model of rabbit’s ears hypertrophic scars was implemented and the animals were treated daily for 30 days. Treatments for both species were based on a CMC jelly composition containing GHRP-6 400 μg/mL. Wounds response characterization included closure dynamic, RT-PCR transcriptional profile, histology, and histomorphometric procedures. The rats experiment indicated that GHRP-6 pharmacodynamics involves attenuation of immunoinflammatory mediators, their effector cells, and the reduction of the expression of fibrotic cytokines. Importantly, in the hypertrophic scars rabbit’s model, GHRP-6 intervention dramatically reduced the onset of exuberant scars by activating PPARγ and reducing the expression of fibrogenic cytokines. GHRP-6 showed no effect on the reversion of consolidated lesions. This evidence supports the notion that CD36 is an active and pharmacologically approachable receptor to attenuate wound inflammation and accelerate its closure so as to improve wound esthetic.

Boasting similar structure as CJC-1295, sermorelin is commonly used for anti-aging purposes. But it is also considered useful for muscle building. It accounts for 29 amino acids of the 44 that make up growth hormone releasing hormones. This peptide is very potent for improving HGH levels, as shown in studies. This compound was made by adding Lysine – which is a non-peptide, and is also called Drug Affinity Complex or DAC. Since the original Mod GRF 1-29 does not contain DAC, it is named as CJC-1295 without DAC. However, the actual CJC-1295 is not only difficult, but also very expensive to produce. This is why it is not produced or used extensively. The Mod GRF 1-29 is far easier and cheaper to produce.

Essentially a synthetic version of ghrelin analogue, GHRP-6 (like GHRP-2) stimulates the release of an endogenous growth hormone (GH) within the somatotropes of the anterior pituitary in the animal and human body. The NDPSC considered that this rescheduling was appropriate given mometasone's safety in use based on pharmacokinetic parameters, and that the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis has a place in Schedule 3.

Despite their potent and reproducible GH-releasing activity, the clinical use of GHRPs as orally active growth-promoting agents and anabolic antiaging drugs remains to be confirmed.13 Accordingly, the early years’ enthusiasm as an alternative for GH replacement therapy faded away soon after their discovery.16 Nevertheless, it is likely that the myocardial, vascular, and multiorgan expression of the GHRP receptors may have contributed to reinforce the cardiovascular application stream of these peptides.
GHRH (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormones) cause the body to secrete a small amount of growth hormone. Depending upon the peptide, there can be short to long secreting times. Also, be aware that with most peptides there is a saturation dose (normally around 100mcg at a time). This means that going beyond the saturation dose will not produce an increase in growth hormone release. Experienced peptide users have indicated that saturation doses may actually be higher than 100mcg. However, this seems to depend on the purity of the peptides, and perhaps even based on the individual person themselves. Without going into great detail, think of GHRP’s as targeting a pulse when you want it; meaning, once you take it, you get a burst of GH. Conclusions: Subcutaneous administration of CJC 1295 resulted in sustained, dose-dependent increases in GH and IGF-I levels in healthy adults and was safe and relatively well tolerated, particularly at doses of 30 or 60 ug/ kg. There was evidence of a cumulative effect after multiple doses. These data support the potential utility of CJC 1295 as a therapeutic agent.
