Figure 3: Impact of GHRP-6 treatment on wound angiogenesis. Anti-CD31 immunolabeling for mature endothelial cells. Images are representative of (a) vehicle (1% CMC)-treated wounds; (b) GHRP-6-treated wounds. No histological differences were detected between the groups in relation to the number of neovessels, their structure, distribution, organization, or CD31 positivity.
Morphological evidences representative of the GHRP-6 effect in a porcine model of myocardial infarction. Effect of the GHRP-6 on AMI size and severity. (A, B) Macroscopic and histological images of AMI damage in animals treated with placebo. (C, D) Macroscopic and histological images representative of the GHRP-6 cardioprotective effect. Histological fragments were in every case collected from apparently normal zones, adjacent to the AMI necrotic core. Rats treated with GHRP-6 exhibited mostly preserved or marginally damaged (sarcoplasmic edema) myofibrils. No myofibrolysis was observed, although a number of ghost nuclei appeared. I started taking Ipamorelin and CJC 1295 without DAC yesterday. I dont see many logs and i see a lot of people wondering what kind of results you can get wiith these peptides. I have enough to go a couple of months right now and see what this stuff is really about. Im taking each 3x a day. Morning, pwo, and before bed. Im taking 100mcgs of each in the morning and before bed. After my workout, I'll take 100mcgs of cjc and 100-200mcgs of Ipa.
Ghrelin is a potent stimulator of growth hormone secretion from the anterior pituitary gland. The ghrelin receptor is a G protein-coupled receptor, known as the growth hormone secretagogue receptor. Ghrelin binds to the GHSR1a splice-variant of this receptor which is present in high density in the hypothalamus, pituitary as well as vagal afferent cell bodies and vagal afferent endings throughout the gastro-intestinal tract.
GHRP-6 is most commonly provided in small vials of 5 mg, which should be stored under refrigeration. (It is acceptable however for them to be mailed unrefrigerated.) The vial is diluted with a convenient volume of sterile or bacteriostatic water. For example, the vial might be diluted with 2.5 mL of water, yielding a solution of 2 mg/mL (2000 mcg/mL.) After the water addition, the vial again will be stored under refrigeration.
Triamcinolone acetonide (TA) has long been the steroid of choice for the treatment of skin fibrotic disorders, providing the best relief of local symptoms such as scars flattening. Nevertheless, TA is associated with adverse events such as dermal atrophy, telangiectasia, and immunosuppression [4, 5]. Despite the multitude of therapeutic strategies to prevent or reduce keloid and HTS formation, these conditions remain as orphan clinical niches of ultimately effective interventions [6].
These studies on human subjects were paralleled by contemporary experimental progresses in basic science, which demonstrated that hexarelin enhanced H9c2 cardiomyocyte proliferation in a dose-dependent manner. Since these were in vitro experiments, they completely excluded a potential intervention of the GH axis and clearly indicated a direct GHRP binding to cardiac cells membranes.32 Weekers et al33 demonstrated that 14 days of pretreatment with GHRP-2, but not GH, selectively protected against the postischemic diastolic dysfunction and myocardial stunning of excised hearts submitted to ischemia/reperfusion in isolated, perfused rabbit hearts.
They appear to be safer than anabolic steroids too, but don’t think that means they’re unequivocally safe to take. Research clearly shows that they do suppress natural testosterone production and negatively impact the endocrine system, and there’s evidence to suggest that they may increase the risk of cancer to a far greater degree than any natural supplement ever will.
As a athlete, incorporating a growth hormone-like Ipamorelin is extremely beneficial. Not only in the development of lean muscle tissue and muscle mass, but also in the decreased recovery time you are going to experience after each workout. You can workout more, you can workout and lift harder, and you can increase your level of exertion at the gym to experience the greatest gains, as your body is going to heal much faster than it would without the growth hormone.

Figure 6: Microscopic aspect of the rabbits’ ears wounds. (a) Representative image of “nipple” in which, above the cartilage and the perichondrium, there is a prominent accumulation of extracellular matrix. (b) Representative image of the effect induced by the GHRP-6 intervention. Note the reduction of extracellular matrix accumulation within the injured area. The “flattening” aspect is indicated by the solid line arrow. The dotted arrows indicate that the elevation within the center of the scar is similar to the adjacent intact skin. Images suggest that GHRP-6 reduced the local hypercellularity associated with the cartilage cells response. H/E 10x magnification.
As previously explained, multiple GHRP-6 doses are required throughout the day due to the pulsatile nature of the HGH release, and the administration of these doses are typically administered on average 3 times daily spaced evenly apart. More administrations are acceptable for greater effects on physique and performance, but it is advised that approximately 3 hours in between each injection is ensured so as to allow the pituitary gland to restore its storage of HGH. The most common protocol is as follows:

But IGF-1 injections may soon be a thing of the past. Future use of IGF-1 will no doubt involve gene therapy, which directly targets genes that produce IGF-1 in muscle, usually by attaching specific gene activators to an inactive virus or vector that then enters into muscle cells. Studies in mice show that a procedure like this can cause  a 15% increase in muscle mass, along with a 14% increase in strength. Gene therapy in old mice has been shown to cause to a 27% increase in strength, along with regeneration of aging muscle. In one mouse study, the IGF-1 gene was placed in the animals’ glutes and calves, which resulted in up to a 115% increase in muscle-cross-sectional area.

Like all other steroidal drugs, GHRP-6 too has a few side effects which will be discussed below. It is because of these side effects, the drug is not available over the counter without a prescription. The most common side effect users report is aggravated hunger. All GHRP's are known to escalate hunger in users and GHRP-6 is no exception. Studies show that GHRP-6 has the highest potential when it comes to increasing hunger among users. This agonizing hunger is said to subside, after the consumption of an appropriate meal. Users have reported the gradual diminishing of this side effect but it remains throughout the entire cycle of administration.
One combination of natural supplements that boost IGF-1 with no injections required would simply be a one-two combo of whey protein and colostrum. Throw small bits of natural dairy into the mix and you’ve got a pretty potent trilogy for not just increasing IGF-1, but also all the fat loss, lean muscle gain, and cellular repair mechanisms that accompany a surge in growth hormone.
Athletes will greatly benefit from using Ipamorelin. For example, if you use CJC 1295 along with Ipamorelin, the results are going to be even greater. HGH increase will result in greater muscle mass levels, less time for muscle mass to develop, and increased levels of lean muscle tissue. The more peptides your body produces, the greater your lean muscle mass is going to be. And, over time, with gradual increases in HGH, you are going to realize a leaner, more muscular definition to your body.

IGF-1 also increases the activity of muscle protein synthesis and the activity of muscle stem cells (also called satellite cells) for repair of damaged muscle. This is probably why intense weight training is one primary stimulus for a natural release of IGF-1 in muscle. As a matter of fact, exercise researchers have found that systemic IGF-1 normally produced in the liver isn’t even required for this type of muscle repair, as other IGF-1 forms produced by your own muscles during and post-exercise allows for adequate muscle tissue repair.

Broadly speaking, it’s long been a widespread view that fasting can in many instances provide healthful effects beyond simple fat loss. It’s speculative to say that increased ghrelin levels must be a major cause of such effect (if granting the effect), but it’s entirely consistent with the scientific literature that such elevation of ghrelin levels may have health benefits. Appropriate-dosed and cycled GHRP use may at least partially provide such benefits, particularly with regard to anti-inflammatory and healing effect.
In February 1997, the National Drugs and Poisons Schedule Committee (NDPSC) decided to reschedule diclofenac dermal preparations (creams) containing 1 per cent or less of diclofenac from Schedule 4 to Schedule 2. This decision was based on the safety profile of a 1 per cent formulation and the then approved indications for use in readily recognised conditions (minor pain relief), which did not include treatment of solar keratosis.
Despite all these pharmacological advantages and that GHRPs exhibit a broad safety profile, their clinical development has been erratic and irregular. This has been a deterrence factor for their definitive positioning within cardiology and intensive care medicine for years. In the meantime, novel drugs and therapeutic strategies are demanded to protect organs and tissues exposed to ischemia and other lethal insults in the clinical practice.

In addition, scientists have observed that those who supplemented with IGF-1 experienced a preponderance of new brain cell growth and new muscle mass and new studies confirmed this to be true, even among individuals with both brain damage and muscle-wasting sarcopenia. Furthermore, research studies have found IGF-1 to increase feelings of youthfulness, improve well-being, and even to alleviate depression.
GHRP-6 brings about the effects you’d expect from heightened Growth Hormone and IGF-1 levels; increased fat loss and muscle building. It’s worth remembering that Growth Hormone and IGF-1 will not only promote greater muscle hypertrophy (enlargement of existing muscle fibres) but will also cause muscle hyperplasia – an increase in the actual number of muscle cells.
GHRP-6 while being the penultimate in strengths of GH release in its class, it is still quite potent and can be taken 2-3 times in a day. It is available in a freeze-dried powder and should be reconstituted in bacteriostatic water and stored in the refrigerator. It is available in 5 mg packets, and one dosage should not be more than 100 micrograms. A dosage of more than 200 micrograms does not any significant impact on the muscles. It should be injected using an insulin syringe either under the skin or between muscles.
Boasting similar structure as CJC-1295, sermorelin is commonly used for anti-aging purposes. But it is also considered useful for muscle building. It accounts for 29 amino acids of the 44 that make up growth hormone releasing hormones. This peptide is very potent for improving HGH levels, as shown in studies. It was observed that the 1-29 amino acid chain is mainly responsible for the ability of GHRH to stimulate release of growth hormone by the pituitary. However, sermorelin has very short half-life of about 10 minutes or less.
As is the case with ghrelin, GHRP 2 has the ability to stimulate secretion of other growth hormones and increase food consumption. When you start taking in GHRP 2 at regular intervals the level of growth hormones being released in your body increases considerably. Another interesting attribute with GHRP 2-based supplements is that they are anti-inflammatory. But the extent of this feature will vary from one person to another as the pituitary somatotrophs of an individual will respond differently to different receptor and so on.
