It should be noted right off the bat that GHRP-6 doses are often normally (and ideally) combined with doses of a GHRH analogue, such as Mod GRF 1-29 (CJC-1295 without DAC) due to the synergistic effects and compatibility between the two, as previously mentioned in this profile. With that being said, the proper GHRP-6 doses do not change whether or not it is utilized with a GHRH. If an effective GHRP-6 dose is 100mcg, for example, then 100mcg of GHRP-6 should be administered whether the user is utilizing it alone or with Mod GRF 1-29. The term/phrase “saturation dose” or “saturation doses” can be heard a lot when peptides are discussed. A saturation dose is defined as a dose that will completely (or near completely) saturate the peptide’s target receptors. Though there are a lot of similarities between the two peptides, there is no denying the fact that they also have vast differences. Boasting similar structure as CJC-1295, sermorelin is commonly used for anti-aging purposes. But it is also considered useful for muscle building. It accounts for 29 amino acids of the 44 that make up growth hormone releasing hormones. This peptide is very potent for improving HGH levels, as shown in studies. Ryan also brings up a good point to bring up the fact that GHRH receptors are typically not desensitized with higher dosing but again not much accomplished with CJC-1295, ,MOD GRF 1-29 where we know the 100mcg is a saturation dose. on the other hand we can desensitize the GHRP receptor if we start increasing the dosing significantly above the saturation dosing  of 100mcg. I think you are fine at a 150 mcg dosing but again how much more benefit are you really getting.
IGF-1 is so named because of its close resemblance to insulin. Because IGF-1 is so similar to insulin, it interacts with insulin receptors on the surface of your cells, produces some of the same effects as insulin and even magnifies the effect of insulin. For example, one primary effect of both excess insulin and excess IGF-1 is hypoglycemia (low blood glucose). When you workout for a long time (longer than about one hour) your liver increases its release of IGF-binding protein (IGFBP-3) to prevent the onset of hypoglycemia that would otherwise happen as a result of the increased release of IGF-1 that occurs during training.

Total RNA was purified according to TRI Reagent standard procedure (Sigma, USA), following digestion with RQ1 DNase I (Promega, USA) to remove contaminating genomic DNA. Great, I just filled a script for ipamorelin yesterday and it will ship today. This will be the 1st time use. I’m 41, 6’1 210 pretty fit, recently had an acl replaced 1.5 yr ago and a wrist surgery, and have some lower back and shoulder pain that I ignore. Paracetamol has long been considered very safe, without the risks of gastric injury associated with aspirin and NSAIDs. But there are distinct risks of liver injury, usually following overdose situations. In response many international regulatory authorities have taken steps to reduce the pack sizes of paracetamol, and to restrict release in some environments to pharmacies. In the USA, FDA has required prescription acetaminophen, when it is usually combined with an opioid, to reduce the dose per dose unit to 325 mg, but without reducing the maximal daily dose. No change of dosing in the USA has yet come for OTC acetaminophen. Use of paracetamol should be kept to a minimum in patients with underlying liver and renal disease. It can reduce the effects of lithium, ACE inhibitors, beta blockers and methotrexate. However, it remains one of the safest and most effective analgesic drugs, particularly in the elderly where the risks of gastric bleeding with NSAIDs are more common, and carries minimal side effects.

More than a decade ago, CD36 was identified as one of the GHRP-6 receptors [12]. This is a scavenger receptor endowed with multiligand and multifunctional capabilities and is expressed by a broad constellation of mammalian cells [13]. Granulation tissue neovascularization is perhaps the most renowned physiological role of CD36 in wound healing [14]. Serendipitous observations of our laboratory indicated that CD36 mRNA transcript appeared abundantly represented in clinical samples of granulation tissue of either acute (deep burn injuries) or chronic (pressure ulcers) wounds, as in laboratory rat’s controlled full-thickness wounds. This finding incited us to speculate on the effects associated with CD36 agonistic stimulation beyond that of the angiostatic action via thrombospondin binding [15]. Here we provide the first experimental evidence on the favorable impact of the topical administration of GHRP-6, as a candidate to qualitatively improve the healing process.
Thymosin alpha-1 (T α 1) is a peptide, or small protein, consisting of 28 amino acids. T α 1 is produced naturally by the thymus gland. The IGF-1 form is linked to polyethylene glycol (PEG), which differentiates it from ordinary mechano growth factor. The implication of this is that the half-life of MGF increases from minutes to days. It is more ideal to use PEG-MGF after workouts. The reason for this is the mechano-sensitive nature of MGF. That means it is activated by mechanical stimulus. The peptide facilitates faster recovery from muscle damage.

Hunger increases: All GHRP’s will increase hunger, and GHRP-6 is very potent when it comes to this undesired effect. Intestinal Growth: A potential problem often mentioned in association with IGF-1, however the large distended stomachs seen on professional bodybuilders are generally a result of over-dosing on Human Growth Hormone (HGH) rather than the usage of IGF-1. Because the ligands of most GPCRs are unknown, assays for their activity generally have no positive controls. GHS-R, however, was known to bind several artificial ligands, such as GHRP-6 or hexarelin, providing a convenient positive control for constructing the assay system used to search for the endogenous ligand. A cultured cell line expressing the GHS-R was established and used to identify tissue extracts that could stimulate the GHS-R, as monitored by increases in intracellular Ca2+ levels. Ghrelin is a 28 amino acid peptide in which the serine 3 (Ser3) is n-octanoylated and this modification is essential for the activity of ghrelin (Fig. 2). Ghrelin is the first known case of a peptide hormone modified by a fatty acid. Rat and human ghrelins differ in only two amino acid residues. There is no structural homology between ghrelin and peptide GHSs such as GHRP-6 or hexarelin.
According to pilot studies, our group determined that 400 μg/mL represented an optimal dose level by reducing inflammation, promoting collagen fibers alignment, while aborting the onset of HTS in rabbit ears. A lower dose (200 μg/mL) did not prevent the exuberant phenotype whereas a higher dose (800 μg/mL) delayed reepithelialization in rats and rabbits (data not shown).

also using a dose of 400mcg for the IPAM is really a waste of your peptides as anything above saturation dose will give diminished returns, saturation dose(1mcg per kg) is a dose that will give maximum return, if you double the saturation dose then you will not get double the GH pulse in fact no where near that, then the more you use the less added benefit you will get.
