In no particular order of importance, here they are: I swallow colostrum capsules every morning, I drink raw animal milk such as camel milk and goat milk in moderation, and I use the equivalent of around 30 grams of grass-fed whey protein each day in a smoothie (if you’re vegan or if whey protein doesn’t agree with your stomach, you can combine digestive enzymes with a vegan protein such as brown rice protein, pea protein or hemp protein for an effect similar to whey protein).
At the histological analysis, and from a qualitative perspective, these wounds appeared less inflamed and with a higher degree of ECM organization, given by far less fibrin accumulation and thinner and horizontally distributed collagen bundles. Vessels were also aligned with the collagen fibers. Thus, the treatment not only reduced the wound area but also appeared to be associated with differences in the quality of the ECM as the inflammatory infiltrate. Figure 2(a) is representative of the GHRP-6 effect on the inflammatory response, illustrating the reduction of infiltrated cells as compared to placebo-treated wounds (Figure 2(b)).

Because some GHRP’s are equally effective as others in increasing GH but differ in effect on hunger or ACTH stimulation, it seems likely that there may be differences in ghrelin receptors between different tissues, or differences in function (for example with cofactors.) This is the most likely explanation for GHRP-6 being effective in stimulating hunger and helping heal tendinitis, while GHRP-2 stimulates hunger less and may have less value for healing.
The consumption of all dairy products have been shown to naturally raise IGF-1 levels , but I personally go straight to the source and both drink camel milk and other forms of raw milk (in moderation) and use goat’s milk colostrum. In scientific studies, colostrum supplements have proven to increase the amount of IGF-1 and IgA in the bloodstream (IgA is an important immunoglobulin that helps to ensure our immunity to pathogens, especially in the mucous membranes).
Figure 3.2 shows changes in intracellular calcium concentrations in several GHS-R-expressing cell lines as detected by fluorometric imaging plate reader (FLIPR)-based assays. Isolated GHS-R-expressing cell lines were activated by GHRP-6, an artificial ligand to GHS-R. The calcium changes varied in each cell line in relation to the expression levels of GHS-R mRNA.
GHRP-6 directly stimulates the anterior pituitary gland which subsequently leads to an increase in the release of growth hormones in the body. As GHRP-6 directly affects the feedback loop which triggers changes in inhibition of the release of Growth Hormones, it can be used to restore the natural manufacturing of the Growth Hormone if natural secretion has been impaired because of long term artificial use. GHRP-6 also reportedly has an impact on our nervous system. They are potentially capable of protecting neurons and increasing the strength of a person. The functioning of GHRP-6 is strikingly similar to the working of several steroids in the DHT family.
Peptides offer many functions like some act as neurotransmitters and others like hormones. There are many peptides as well that influence and control the way the body reacts to physical exercise and diet. There are even many amino acids that are essential in sufficient amounts to produce hormones such as HGH. So, if you are not taking in or making enough amino acids, the production of growth hormone will reduce. Those of you who are interested in bodybuilding and fitness can take some reliable, safe and natural peptide supplements and gain great results.
The key to your exercise recovery rests firmly on how well you behave between the sheets. No, not like that, sleep is a time when your muscles repair and a big catalyst for this is the recovery power lies in your hormones, namely GH. Research in the journal Neuroendocrinology found GHRP6 supplementation improves the quality, but not duration, of your sleep. And better sleep is a formidable gladiator in your armoury if you want to make your muscles more maximus, plus it can improve your ability to heal from injury, but it’s not all gravy. Some users do report feeling painfully ravenous, preventing them from getting quality kip. If this is the case then have a big feast after a dose, then hit the hay. Good cop for anyone looking to build, bad cop for anyone looking to lean up.
